ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture can help with pain management, fertility support including IVF, pregnancy and post-partum care, digestive issues, allergies, stress management, and many other conditions. Over a series of treatments, acupuncture is able to return the body to its natural state of balance and promote the body's self-healing.

COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE

Cosmetic Acupuncture (or facial acupuncture) is a safe and holistic 3-step treatment that can help address concerns you have with your skin. Stage 1 - Facial Acupuncture. Stage 2 - Red Light Therapy (Celluma). Stage 3 - Facial Cupping. Cosmetic Acupuncture at EVOLVE focuses on each persons individual skin care needs.

MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin-rejuvenation procedure that promotes new collagen and elastin, improves skin tone and texture, and can help reduce scars. We recommend starting with monthly treatments for five sessions followed by maintenance. Mike is a Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc).

Candace Belinc, LMT brings CB Bodywork, LLC back to Evolve! She has been in practice since 2003.

Candace uses a range of modalities in each massage, including trigger point, acupressure, and myofascial release. Kinesiology taping, stretching, and muscle mechanics may also be incorporated.

Bodywork sessions with Candace are detail oriented, and geared towards releasing soft tissue restrictions in order to decrease pain, restore function, and bring balance to the body.

Dr. Mike Tocco DACM, LAc, RN

Mike is the owner and acupuncturist at EVOLVE Acupuncture and has been in practice since 2011. EVOLVE Acupuncture opened in 2015.

Dr. Mike Tocco, DACM is nationally board certified (NCCAOM) and is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Registered Nurse. In addition to EVOLVE Acupuncture, Mike has 8 years of hospital-based acupuncture experience.

Mike holds the following licenses and degrees:

  • Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM - 2016)

  • Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM - 2011)

  • Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc) - State of Michigan & California

  • Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Michigan

  • Diplomat in Oriental Medicine (Dipl. OM) recognized by NCCAOM

On a personal note, Mike is conversant in Spanish having studied in Seville, Spain and worked in Mexico City.
