Candace uses a range of modalities in each massage, including trigger point, acupressure, and myofascial release. Kinesiology taping, stretching, and muscle mechanics may also be incorporated.

Bodywork sessions with Candace are detail oriented, and geared towards releasing soft tissue restrictions in order to decrease pain, restore function, and bring balance to the body.

Mike is the owner and acupuncturist at EVOLVE Acupuncture and has been in practice since 2011. EVOLVE Acupuncture opened in 2015.

Dr. Mike Tocco, DACM is nationally board certified (NCCAOM) and is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Registered Nurse. In addition to EVOLVE Acupuncture, Mike has 8 years of hospital-based acupuncture experience.

Mike holds the following licenses and degrees:

• Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM - 2016)

• Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM - 2011)

• Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc) - State of Michigan & California

• Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Michigan

• Diplomat in Oriental Medicine (Dipl. OM) recognized by NCCAOM

On a personal note, Mike is conversant in Spanish having studied in Seville, Spain and worked in Mexico City.
